Ingredients

3 ripe and soft bananas
3.4 cups sugar
1 egg
1.3 cup vedgetable oil
1.3 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

Prepare your ingredients and turn on the oven at 180 C to warm up.

Mash up the bananas with a fork. You can mash them up until there is no hard piece in them or keep some of the small chunks of banana if you like to have them in your bread.

Add the sugar to the banana and mix them with a blender.

Add the eggs to the mixture and mix them with a blender until they are combined well.

Add milk and oil and blend them with the mixture.

Grease the pan with some butter and cover it with parchment paper and pour the batter into the pan. Tap the pan to release the air bubbles inside the batter. Bake the banana bread inside the oven for about one hour at 180C.
