Ingredients

50 grams Unsalted butter
2 cloves Garlic
3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
4 cups (about 1 liter) Milk
100 grams Cheddar cheese
100 grams Cream cheese
50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons Mustard sauce
2 cups macaroni

Instructions:

Put a pan on the heat and melt the butter in it.

Fry the garlic with butter over medium heat.

When the garlic is cooked, add flour and fry them for one more minute.

Add the milk to the mixture and let it come to boil.

Add the cream cheese, cheddar, and half of the parmesan to the boiling milk and stir until they are combined. Now add one tablespoon of mustard to the mixture.

Let the cheese melt and be mixed and combined with the milk mixture. Add half of your pasta water. Season the sauce with salted pasta water. It also makes your sauce become softer.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix them well. Taste it a little to make sure you've used enough salt.

Pour the pasta in a dish and cover the top with parmesan cheese. Put it in the preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes at 180 to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes until it becomes golden.

Remove the pasta from the oven when the to becomes golden. You can decorate it with fresh parsley and breadcrumbs if you want. Enjoy!
