Ingredients

25 pieces lady finger biscuits
200 grams cream cheese
150 grams whipped cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder
1 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions:

First, mix the cream cheese with sugar powder with a mixer until they are completely combined, Then add vanilla too.

Add the whipped cream to the cheese and sugar powder mixture and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes, then mix everything with a mixer.

Make one cup of lukewarm coffee with a tablespoon of espresso powder. Soak the biscuits one by one in the coffee to soften, then take them out and put them in your serving dish. If you want to serve your tiramisu outside the dish you should cover your dish with some plastic and put your biscuits on top of that, so you can take them out easily.

Add a cream cheese layer on top of the biscuits and then sprinkle some chocolate powder on the cream cheese. Add another layer of biscuits to the top of them. You can add 3 to 4 more layers.

Decorate the last layer with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate powder and grated chocolate on in. Put it in the fridge for 5 hours.

After 5 hours or more, you can take it out of the fridge and enjoy it.

Tips and tricks

  • make sure to soak the sugarless side of the ladyfinger biscuits in the coffee. I used Nescafe coffee because it has the right amount of sugar. Take the biscuits out of the coffee instantly because they might lose their shape.
