Easy Breakfast Egg Crepes
There must be some days that you get bored of routine breakfast and want something energic and delicious without having trouble making it. Crepe is one of the best ones. If eggs and bacon being added to it, it becomes incredibly delicious. Besides, it has an elegant appearance that once children see it, they are gonna fall in love with this magical crepe.

Crack one of the eggs onto the bowl and stir it until bubbles appear on the top of the mixture.

Add vanilla and milk to the egg till all are combined.

Sift flour and add it gently to the milk and egg until no flour bullets remain.

Coat the surface of the pan with butter and let it heat for a while. Now pour 2 cups of the mixture onto the pan and swirl it until it covers the pan. When the ages of the crepe starting lightly to brown and bubbles appear on top of it, flip until the other side of the crepe bake.

Put cheese on the center of the crepe and make some pieces of the bacon in a square way above the cheese after both sides of the crepe are baked well.

Crack one egg on the center of the crepe and let the white egg form well. Fold edges of crepe toward the center. And for making the crepe stay still like this, white egg is gonna do the work as glue.

In the end, let the white egg become thick while the pan is on medium heat. Now, our bacon and egg are ready.
