Easy chocolate walnut fudge
This fudge has a softer and more chewy texture than other chocolates, and it's desirable for chocolate lovers. It's also easy and quick to make with commonly available ingredients and doesn't require any tools. Without a mixer, oven, or particular mold! What are you waiting for?

We can prepare the required condensed milk at home or use ready-made condensed milk.

Dice the chocolate and melt over indirect heat (Bain Marie method).

Mix room temperature butter with condensed milk and stir.

Add melted chocolate and cocoa powder to condensed milk and butter then mix well until it is smooth.

Add chopped walnuts to the mixture of chocolate and condensed milk then mix well.

Pour the mixture into a 9- inch baking pan or a tray which is greased or coated with parchment paper and place in the refrigerator for 3 hours. we can use a rimmed tray and a little deep, or even belt lock cake mold.

Lift it out of the mold and cut it into pieces and enjoy.

Tips and tricks
- To cut clean and tidy, use a sharp knife and dip it in warm water before cutting, then dry up and cut.
- Be sure to keep the fudge in a container with a lid in the refrigerator, because butter and chocolate quickly absorb the smell of the refrigerator and environment.
Background & History
Butter and chocolate are used to make fudge. You can add a variety of nuts to it and also use peanut butter instead of butter, it depends on your own taste, but since I think the taste of walnuts with chocolate is a great combination in this recipe so we used walnuts.
