Easy Red Lentil Soup Recipe
I always prefer red lentils to the other ones in soup. They make the soup much softer and are made faster. This is a nutritious soft vegan soup that you can make in less than 30 minutes and enjoy its subtle taste and softness.

Chop the onion and fry in an oily pot until it becomes golden. Peel carrots and potatoes and cut them into cubes and fry them with the onions.

season the potatoes and carrots after they've softened with salt, pepper, chicken bouillon, and thymes.

Pour 2 cups of water or bouillon in your pot and wait until it comes to a boil. Now add the red lentils to cook.

You can add tomato paste to the soup to gain color after everything has cooked well. Now you can serve your soup.

- It is better to soak the lentils in the water a few hours before you cook them and meanwhile change its water a couple of times.
