Easy Red Lentil Soup Recipe
I always prefer red lentils to the other ones in soup. They make the soup much softer and are made faster. This is a nutritious soft vegan soup that you can make in less than 30 minutes and enjoy its subtle taste and softness.

Chop the onion and fry in an oily pot until it becomes golden. Peel carrots and potatoes and cut them into cubes and fry them with the onions.
