Perfect No-Bake Cheesecake - Easy
Unlike its super fancy looks, this no-bake cheesecake is pretty easy to make. If you don't have an oven at home or are not a fan of typically baked cheesecakes, this refrigerator recipe is exactly what you need to go for!

First, we are going to prepare the ingredients for making this yummy cheesecake. Take the butter out of your fridge so that it reaches room temperature.

Place the digestive biscuits in a food processor, or inside a ziplock and crush them using a rolling pin. Then add in the room temperature butter which should have already softened up by now. Now start mixing and stirring really well.

Pour the biscuit and butter mixture onto a cake pan, then press hard against it with a spoon or the bottom of a cup to make sure all the bits and pieces are sticking together. Now place the pan inside the fridge for around 1 hour so that the crust starts to set.

Mix the cream cheese with sugar first. Then add cream and vanilla, thoroughly stir using a mixer until you get a consistent mixture.

Mix the gelatin powder with one cup of water using the bain-marie technique until it's all dissolved in. Then give it some time to cool down and start adding the cheese ingredients and make sure to stir well.

Take the pan out of the fridge, spread the cheese mixture over the crust surface, and flatten it all out by pressing your spoon. Then place and leave the pan inside the fridge for around 3 hours. Don't rush this stage as it's crucial to let the cheesecake set and form itself.

Tips and tricks
- It's best to use springform pans for this cheesecake but no worries if you don't have one. Instead, you can use any dish that has the same diameter throughout its whole height. Also, use a baking sheet for the bottom of the dish to avoid sticking.
