Measure ingredients and preparation.

Crush the biscuits and stir with melted butter in the food processor.

The biscuit mixture should be like this.

Pour the mixture into a springform pan and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula. Then place in the refrigerator to set.

Meanwhile, pour mascarpone cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange juice in a large bowl.

Stir the mixture with a mixer until smooth.

Pour batter on the biscuit layer and smooth it then place it in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours to set.

- You can use any types of biscuits you like. Here I used a whole wheat biscuit.
- You can do this by putting them in a plastic food bag and crushing them with a rolling pin or another similar thing instead of using a food processor.
- If the cream is sweet so do not add powdered sugar.
- You can use another juice or Marmalade or food coloring instead of orange juice.
