Ingredients

200 gram Biscuit
100 gram Butter
200 gram Mascarpone cheese
400 gram Cream
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
20 gram Orange juice

Measure ingredients and preparation.

Crush the biscuits and stir with melted butter in the food processor.

The biscuit mixture should be like this.

Pour the mixture into a springform pan and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula. Then place in the refrigerator to set.

Meanwhile, pour mascarpone cheese, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and orange juice in a large bowl.

Stir the mixture with a mixer until smooth.

Pour batter on the biscuit layer and smooth it then place it in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours to set.

After that, remove it from the springform pan and garnish it with orange pieces or any fruits you like.

  • You can use any types of biscuits you like. Here I used a whole wheat biscuit.
  • You can do this by putting them in a plastic food bag and crushing them with a rolling pin or another similar thing instead of using a food processor.
  • If the cream is sweet so do not add powdered sugar.
  • You can use another juice or Marmalade or food coloring instead of orange juice.
