Ingredients

100 grams or about 3/4 a cup flour
30 grams or 1/3 of a cup cocoa powder
3 eggs
130 grams butter
200 grams or one cup suger
1 teaspoon vanilla
0.25 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon baking powder
100 grams chocolate bar

Instructions:

1

Combine butter and sugar in a deep bowl. Put it on top of some boiling water and wait for the butter to melt.

2

Mix the melting butter with sugar. Stir until the sugar melts too.

3

Before adding the eggs to the bowl, make sure the butter is not too hot to cook your eggs!

4

While you're mixing the eggs add vanilla. Stir them till it's all even.

5

To make sure all sugar is dissolved, squeeze some of the liquid between your fingers and make sure you don't feel any sugar grains. If you do, you have to whisk well until they all disappear.

6

Sift in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt on the wet ingredients.

7

Mix all the ingredients until everything is evenly mixed.

8

Chop the chocolate bar or use some chocolate chips instead.

9

Put some parchment paper in your baking dish (30*20 cm). Pour the batter inside the dish and put the chocolate chips on top of the batter. Then put it in the oven (180°C or 350°F) bake it for about 20 to 25 minutes.

10

It's up to you how much you want to bake your brownie. If you enjoy its soft texture you can take your brownie out of the oven sooner but if you like it more crispy then you have to wait a little longer about 30 to 35 minutes.

11

Let your brownie cool a bit then remove the paper and cut it.

12

Don't forget if you want to enjoy the taste of melted chocolates you have to eat your brownie warm.
