Ingredients

4 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
2 mediums eggs
2 small carrots
1 medium onions
3 cloves garlics
0.5 cup peas
3 small spring onions
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon chili pepper

Instructions:

Prepare the ingredients for the fried rice. Cook the rice with some water, drain and let it cool down.

Fry the eggs with some butter in a pan. Separate them into small pieces while frying them. You can put them aside after they are cooked well.
