Easy Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This cake is really simple but has the perfect texture and tastes amazing, but if you don't use the right amount of ingredients your cake will easily lose its shape and become doughy, so make sure you make it exactly like the recipe.

Preheat the oven to 180C. prepare the ingredients and grate the carrots.

Fry the grated carrots with some cinnamon and nutmeg until the carrots lose their water. After frying, let them cool down at room temperature.

Beat the eggs well for about 2 to 3 minutes until they become foamy a little. Now add vanilla and sugar and whisk for 8 to 10 minutes.

Now add carrots and crushed walnuts to your batter and mix everything perfectly.

Sift the flour on the batter and mix them with a mixer or a whisk until they are blended.

Pour the dough into a 20-centimeter mold or a Bundt pan and bake it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180C.
